2. Memberships, Classes & Payments
All memberships and classes must be paid in full prior to participation.
Refunds are handled according to our cancellation policy (see below).
3. Health & Liability
Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. You acknowledge and assume these risks.
Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
144 Athletics is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical issues.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Classes canceled within 12 hours of scheduled time may not be refunded.
Membership cancellations may be subject to early termination fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, images, videos, and class names, is the property of 144 Athletics.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without express written permission.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring SMS and voice messages from A&M Performance, LLC dba 144 Athletics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or text HELP for assistance.
